Sarah Ann Mallette 
Sarah Ann was born on November 12th, 1815.1 Sarah Ann's father was Abraham Mallette and her mother was Catherine Kennedy. Her paternal grandparents were Gideon Mallette and Hannah Elizabeth DeRoche; her maternal grandparents were William Kennedy and Elizabeth Treutlen. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Alpheus J., Gideon Asbury, William K., Frances F., Eli Mcgee, Louis Myers, Elizabeth Aworda and Margaret Matilda. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 3 in August 1819. She was buried in Turkey Branch Ch, Effingham Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
