Frederica was born in 1866.1   Frederica's father was George Frederick Kienzle and her mother was Elizabeth Ambrosius.  Her maternal grandparents were Adam Ambrosius and Catherine Bradenstein. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Frederick, William, George, Thedore, Mary and Joanna.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.1
