Eli Kennedy 
Eli was born on June 12th, 1839.1 Eli's father was Jimmerson "Jimpse" Kennedy and his mother was Nicey Collins. His paternal grandparents were Stephen Kennedy and Mary Holland. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Josiah, William, Stephen, Michael, John, Ann Jane and America. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He had six half-brothers and a half-sister, named Seaborn B., Perry, Lee, Wright, Edward Hartridge, Tillman and Sarah. He died at the age of 72 on February 14th, 1912 in LOWER LOTTS CREEK CHURCH CEMETERY.1 -
