Samuel Buchannan Hunt 
Samuel Buchannan was born on May 23rd, 1860 in Tellico Plains, Monroe, Tennessee.1 Samuel Buchannan's father was George Washington [Washie] Hunt and his mother was Mary Carolyn [Polly] Wilson. His paternal grandparents were William Lewis Hunt and Margaret Finley. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Howard Finley, Thomas Jefferson, Jack, David Newton, Taylor Huston, Andrew Jackson, William Benjamin, Malinda Jane, Margaret Elizabeth and Mary Irene. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 82 in 1942.1 -
