Mary Irene Hunt 
Mary Irene was born on June 4th, 1852 in Tellico Plains, Monroe, Tennessee.1 Mary Irene's father was George Washington [Washie] Hunt and her mother was Mary Carolyn [Polly] Wilson. Her paternal grandparents were William Lewis Hunt and Margaret Finley. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named Howard Finley, Thomas Jefferson, Jack, David Newton, Taylor Huston, Andrew Jackson, William Benjamin, Samuel Buchannan, Malinda Jane and Margaret Elizabeth. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 89 on February 19th, 1942.1 -
