William Hobson 
William was born in Mill Creek, MD.1 William's father was George Hobson and his mother was Hannah Kinnison. His paternal grandparents were George Hobson and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Edward Kinnison and Mary Greenaway. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Charles, George, James, Silas, Edward, Thomas, Stephen and Hannah.1 General Notes
