Edward Hobson 
Edward was born about 1755 in Frederick, VA.1 Edward's father was George Hobson and his mother was Hannah Kinnison. His paternal grandparents were George Hobson and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Edward Kinnison and Mary Greenaway. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Charles, George, James, Silas, Thomas, Stephen, William and Hannah.1 General Notes
