Samuel F. Harper

Samuel F. was born on June 4th, 1846 in Salisbury, Addison, Vermont.¹   Samuel F.'s father was Hugh Harper and his mother was Frances (Fanny) Manney. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Thomas, Royal H., George W., Lucy (Eliza) and Rebecca.  He was the second youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 94 on October 4th, 1940 in West Salem, La Crosse, Wisconsin.  He was buried on October 8th, 1940 in Burns, La Crosse, Wisconsin.^1 1
