Royal H. Harper

Royal H. was born about 1839 in Vermont.¹   Royal H.'s father was Hugh Harper and his mother was Frances (Fanny) Manney. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Thomas, Samuel F., George W., Lucy (Eliza) and Rebecca.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.  He died on February 8th, 1866.¹
