Rebecca Harper

Rebecca was born about 1843 in Vermont.¹   Rebecca's father was Hugh Harper and her mother was Frances (Fanny) Manney. She had five brothers and a sister, named John, Thomas, Royal H., Samuel F., George W. and Lucy (Eliza).  She was the third youngest of the seven children.¹
