William Henry Goff 
William Henry was born about 1844 in Mechanix Hill, Richmond Co., GA.1 William Henry's father was Ellis Henry Goff and his mother was Nancy Holsomback. His paternal grandparents were James Goff and Adray H. Howard; his maternal grandparents were Milton Holsomback and A. Hile. He had a brother and a sister, named James H. and VanDella. He was the youngest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named John Robert, Ellis A. and Mary. He died on March 18th, 1902.1 General Notes
