James H. Goff 
James H. was born about 1844 in Richmond Co., GA.1 James H.'s father was Ellis Henry Goff and his mother was Nancy Holsomback. His paternal grandparents were James Goff and Adray H. Howard; his maternal grandparents were Milton Holsomback and A. Hile. He had a brother and a sister, named William Henry and VanDella. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named John Robert, Ellis A. and Mary. He died on June 8th, 1889 in Burke Co., GA.1 General Notes
