Rose Glentz

Rose was born on March 25th, 1876 in Posen Township, Presque Isle County, Michigan.  Rose's father was John Glentz and her mother was Augustina Prahl.  Her maternal grandparents were John Prahl and Maria Schuck. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named August John, John Henry, Maximilian, Francis, Adalbert Philip, Mary, Martha Emma, Augustina, Elizabeth, Anna, Emily, Agnes and Theresa.  She was the sixth oldest of the fourteen children.  She died at the age of 98 on November 22nd, 1974 in Stanley, Chippewa County, Michigan.  She was buried on November 25th, 1974 in Stanley, Chippewa County, Michigan.
