Agnes was born on March 19th, 1887 in Posen Township, Presque Isle County, Michigan.  Agnes' father was John Glentz and her mother was Augustina Prahl.  Her maternal grandparents were John Prahl and Maria Schuck. She had five brothers and eight sisters, named August John, John Henry, Maximilian, Francis, Adalbert Philip, Mary, Rose, Martha Emma, Augustina, Elizabeth, Anna, Emily and Theresa.  She was the third youngest of the fourteen children.  She died at the age of 97 on May 9th, 1984 in Ladysmith, Rusk County, Wisconsin.  She was buried in Winter, Sawyer County, Wisconsin.
