Thomas French 
Thomas was born about 1608 in Assington, Suffolk, England and his baptism took place there on November 27th, 1608.1 Thomas' father was Thomas French and his mother was Susan (Susannah) Riddlesdale. His paternal grandparents were Jacob French and Susan Warren; his maternal grandparents were John Riddlesdale and Dorcas. He had a brother and six sisters, named John, Alice, Dorcas, Susan, Ann, Margaret and Mary. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died on August 8th, 1680 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts. He was buried in August 1608 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusets.1 1 -
