Thomas was born about 1608 in Assington, Suffolk, England and his baptism took place there on November 27th, 1608.¹   He died on August 8th, 1680 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts.  He was buried in August 1608 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusets.^1 1
