David Pershing Evans 
David Pershing was born on September 26th, 1919 in Screven Co., GA.1 David Pershing's father was David Ellison Evans and his mother was Annie Madge Pitts. His paternal grandparents were William Ellison Evans and Sophronia Cail. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Charles Rabon, Walter, John Flannery, William Ellison, Alton Byron, Douglas Haig, Martha Virginia, Annie Marie, Avis Lanell and Florrie Madge. He died at the age of 58 on May 14th, 1978.1 General Notes
