Charles Devore 
Charles was born in 1873.1 Charles' father was David H. Devore and his mother was Mary Welch. His maternal grandparents were Richard Welch and Elizabeth Leach. He had three brothers and a sister, named James, Henry, Arthur and Martha. He was the youngest of the five children.1
