Robert Wilson was born about 1845.1 Robert Wilson's father was John Gideon Dean and his mother was Celestria A. J.. His paternal grandparents were Allen Jones Dean and Sarah Thial. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Richard A., John H., Samuel, Sarah T., Mary A., Judith and Jane. He was the oldest of the eight children.1 General Notes
