Jennie DeWitt 
Jennie was born on February 2nd, 1903 in Zeeland, Michigan.1 Jennie's father was Peter DeWitt and her mother was Mary Roels. Her maternal grandparents were Pieter Roels and Adriana Brandt. She had four brothers and a sister, named Gerrit, John, Cornelius, Arthur and Nellie. She died at the age of 84 on November 23rd, 1987 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.1 General Notes

Jennie "Jean" DeWitt went to school in Chicago to study music. She worked in a restaurant for many years. Irwin Reis was her first husband and she was his second wife. Irwin Reis was much older than Jean. She died of lung problems. She had pneumonia when she was a young girl. She may have died on November 24, 1987. She probably died in Holland, Michigan and buried in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Jean DeWitt dated Frank Clark before he married Jennie Kalkman.
