John Burks 
John was born on July 21st, 1797.1 John's father was Isham Burks and his mother was Elizabeth Rowland. His paternal grandparents were John Peartree Burks and Sarah Isham ?. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Charles, Robert Rowland, Isham, William, Wesley, James Pane, Sally, Betsy, Nancy and Mahala. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 32 on July 23rd, 1829.1 -
