Wirium was born on September 12th, 1772 in Shutesbury, MA..1 Wirium's father was Ebenezer Briggs and his mother was Silence Redding. His paternal grandparents were Ebenezer Briggs and Margery Leonard. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Life, Ebenezer, Amash, Sarah, Silence, Perley and Salley. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died before 1815 in Amherst, MA..1 -
