George L. Booker 
George L. was born on April 15th, 1798 in VA.1 George L.'s father was Jacob Booker and his mother was Mary Anne Witzell. His maternal grandparents were Witzell and Cooper. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named John, Jacob N., Samuel P., William N, David Dariah, Henry Alexander, Elizabeth, Susan, Sallie, Mary, Nancy Ann, Allison and Theresa Amelia. He was the second youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 84 in 1882 in Millertown, Grayson Co., KY.1 General Notes

After Malina Ruport Booker died, George Booker, a saddler by trade, left Virginia for Kentucky, where he married again and had two children. The second wife (name unknown) died along with one of the children, leaving one son, Frank Booker. George married the third time a raised a family of nine children at Millerstown, Kentucky, where he died in 1882.
