Henry Ambrosius 
Henry was born in 1860 in Collinsville, Madison Co, Illinois.1 Henry's father was Matthew Ambrosius and his mother was Elizabeth Wendler. His paternal grandmother was Catherine; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Wendler and Margaret Rang. He had a brother and three sisters, named Charles, Katherine, Sophia L and Esther. He was the third oldest of the five children.1 -
