Charles Eli Pinnegar 
Charles Eli was born on January 9th, 1910 in Jones Town, Marshall Co., KY.1 Charles Eli's father was William Terry Pinnegar and his mother was Eliza Ella Orr. His paternal grandparents were William Jackson Pinnegar and Nancy Elizabeth Ingram; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Sr. Orr and Elizabeth Bridges Stout. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Clifton E, William Jackson, George W, Britton, Flavus Adolph, Merilla Elizabeth, Didama Gerlean and Azlean. He was the youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 5 on August 3rd, 1915. He was buried in Pinnegar Cemetery, no stone.2 1 -
