Samuel Murdock Peers 
Samuel Murdock was born on January 18th, 1834. Samuel Murdock's father was Benjamin Orr Peers and his mother was Mary Ann Bell. His paternal grandparents were Valentine PEARCE and Nellie Orr. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Alice, Benjamin Anderson, Mary Ann and Arabella Bell Spencer. He was the second youngest of the five children. He had a half-brother named Valentine Height. He died at the age of 14 in 1848.-
