Arabella Bell Spencer was born on May 20th, 1832. Arabella Bell Spencer's father was Benjamin Orr Peers and her mother was Mary Ann Bell. Her paternal grandparents were Valentine PEARCE and Nellie Orr. She had three brothers and a sister, named William Alice, Samuel Murdock, Benjamin Anderson and Mary Ann. She was the third oldest of the five children. She had a half-brother named Valentine Height.-
