Her maternal grandparents were John Orr and Susan Monroe Grayson. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John Dalrymple, Edward Jones, Valentine Jones, Benjamin Orr, Henry Purviance, Nicholas, Susan Elizabeth and Jane Maria. She was the third youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 77 on October 10th, 1881 in Maysville, KY.General Notes
