Julie was born in 1835. Julie's father was Valentine Jones Peers and her mother was Julie. Her paternal grandparents were Valentine PEARCE and Nellie Orr. She had a brother and two sisters, named Henry C, Cornelia and Mary Ann. She was the youngest of the four children.-
