Simpson B Orr 
Simpson B was born in 1835 in Virginia.1 Simpson B's father was David Orr and his mother was Rhoda Ely. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Orr and Margaret Peggy Ramsey. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Alexander F, George E, John Preston, David M Jr, James Wesley, Patton, Henry W, Robert W, Mary Elizabeth, Elizabeth W, Sarah Rebecca and Lavina C. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 56 on March 16th, 1891 in Lee, Virginia, USA.2 General Notes
