James Wesley Orr 
James Wesley was born on July 19th, 1841 in Sugar Run, Lee, VA.1 James Wesley's father was David Orr and his mother was Rhoda Ely. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Orr and Margaret Peggy Ramsey. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Alexander F, George E, John Preston, David M Jr, Simpson B, Patton, Henry W, Robert W, Mary Elizabeth, Elizabeth W, Sarah Rebecca and Lavina C. He was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 89 on May 8th, 1931.1 General Notes
