Robert W was born on October 16th, 1847 in Sugar Run, Lee, VA.1 Robert W's father was David Orr and his mother was Rhoda Ely. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Orr and Margaret Peggy Ramsey. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Alexander F, George E, John Preston, David M Jr, Simpson B, James Wesley, Patton, Henry W, Mary Elizabeth, Elizabeth W, Sarah Rebecca and Lavina C. He was the youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 82 on August 16th, 1930 in Dryden, Lee, VA, USA.1 -
