Flossie Davis was born on April 14th, 1909 in Ironton, Trigg Co., KY.1 Flossie Davis' father was Alfred Wilson Jr Nichols and her mother was Elizabeth Molloy Wilcox. Her paternal grandparents were Alfred Wilson Nickell and Margaret C Carlew; her maternal grandparents were James Moss Wilcox and Sarah Gordon Collie. She had three brothers and ten sisters, named Alfred Iverson, Kenneth Alvin, Guthrie Theodore, Margaret Gordon, Olga May, Effie Pennina, Pearl Irvin, Lela Wilson Barbra, Stella Molloy, Ava Lavelle, Rosetta, Vera Marie and Laurene. She died at the age of 50 on May 8th, 1959.-
