William Cooper 
William was born in 1862.1 William's father was Franklin Cooper and his mother was Mary Ann Neale. His paternal grandparents were David Lee Cooper and Elizabeth Orr; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Neale. He had a brother and a sister, named Thomas L and Maud. He was the oldest of the three children.-
