Thomas was born on October 5th, 1801 in Henry, Kentucky, USA.1   Thomas' father was William Neale and his mother was Sally Blackwell.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 78 on January 22nd, 1880 in Jefferson, Johnson, Missouri, USA.  He was buried in 1880 in Cooper Cemetery, Johnson Co., MO.2 1
