Thomas L Cooper 
Thomas L was born in 1865.1 Thomas L's father was Franklin Cooper and his mother was Mary Ann Neale. His paternal grandparents were David Lee Cooper and Elizabeth Orr; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Neale. He had a brother and a sister, named William and Maud. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 66 in 1931. He was buried in 1931 in Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor, MO.2 3 General Notes
