Eliza Jane Childress 
Eliza Jane was born on August 8th, 1852.1 Eliza Jane's father was Thomas Jefferson Childress and her mother was Hannah Molly Arnold. Her paternal grandparents were Fleming Childress and Elizabeth Boyd; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Arnold and Sallie Matthews. She had two brothers and five sisters, named William Jefferson, James Luther, Martha Ann, Sarah Elizabeth, Mildred Adams, Mary White and Katherine. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 16 on December 10th, 1868.1 -
