Jabez York 
Jabez was born on April 19th, 1776 in Randolph County, North Carolina. Jabez's father was Semore York and his mother was Sylvania L Aldredge. His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah York and Sarah Seymour; his maternal grandparents were William Ezekial Aldridge and Elizabeth Symons. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Jeremiah, John, William Alfred, Shubal, Jesse, Isaac H., Semore, Sarah Rachel, Nancy Dorcas, Martha and Tabitha. He died at the age of 78 on March 4th, 1855 in Abt 1836.-
