Aquilla York 
Aquilla was born on March 4th, 1812. Aquilla's father was Barnabus York and his mother was Nancy Kivett. His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah York and Sarah Allred; his maternal grandparents were John Matthew Kivett and Rosanna Aldridge. He had nine brothers and a sister, named Nathaniel, William, John C., Tyson, Cornelius T., Jones, Jonas, Smith G., Andrew J. and Rosanna. He was the oldest of the eleven children.-
