Hermann VI was born about 1227. Hermann VI's father was Hermann V Zahringen and his mother is Irmingard Guelph. His paternal grandparents were Hermann IV Zahringen and Bertha Von Tubingen; his maternal grandparents were Heinrich+ Guelph and Agnes Von+ Hohenstaufen. He had a brother and two sisters, named Rudolf I, Mathilde and Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died on October 4th, 1250.General Notes
