His paternal grandparents were Friedrich Van+ Buren and Hildegarde Von+ Hohenstaufen; his maternal grandparents were Heinrich IV De+ Franconie and Berta Di+ Savoie. He had three sisters named Heilica Von+, Bertha Von+ and Gertrude Von. He was the second youngest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Konrad III Von+, Heinrich II Von+, Agnes Von+, Jhutte Von+, Gertrud Von+ and Elizabeth Von. He died in 1147.General Notes
