Ezekiel York 
Ezekiel was born in 1809 in Nelson, KY. Ezekiel's father was Jeremiah York and his mother was Sarah Hargis. His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah II+ York and Mary+ Thomas; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Hargis and Rachel Provence. He had seven brothers named Thomas, William R., Job, Zadock, John, Elijah and Jeremiah. He is the second youngest of the eight children.General Notes
