Jeremiah I York 
Jeremiah I was born in 1701 in Olney, Buckinghamshire, England. Jeremiah I's father was Jeremiah+ York and his mother is Elizabeth Looten+ X. His paternal grandfather was Richard + Yorke and his paternal grandmother is Rebecca+ Munford. He had a brother and three sisters, named Richard, Ann, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 83 on October 11th, 1784 in Randolph Co., NC.General Notes
