Reginald De+ was born about 1115. Reginald De+'s father was William II De+ Warenne and his mother was Isabel Capet De+ Vermandois. His paternal grandparents were William I De+ Warenne and Gundrade Of+ Normandy; his maternal grandparents were Hugues+ Capet and Adelaide+ Vermandois. He had a brother and two sisters, named William III De+, Ada De+ and Gundred De+. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Robert II De+, Walerand IV De+, Adeline Newburgh De+, Eleanor+, Maud Alberade De+, Alice De+, Havoise De+ and Isabel De+.
