Samuel Stanley 
Samuel was born on September 21st, 1759 in Hanover Co., VA. Samuel's father was William Stanley and his mother was Elizabeth Walker. His paternal grandparents were James+ Stanley and Catherine+ Hutchins. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William, Abel, Hannah, Phebe, Sarah and Rebecca. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 75 on December 14th, 1834 in Wayne Co., IN.General Notes
