Wilhelm II Zu was born on August 9th, 1609. Wilhelm II Zu's father was Wilhelm I Zu Solms-Braunfels and his mother was Amalie Von Nassau-Dillenburg. His paternal grandparents were Conrad Zu Solms-Braunfels and Elizabeth Von Nassau-Dillenburg; his maternal grandparents were Johann VI Von Nassau-Dillenburg and Kundigunde Jacobaa Von Der Pfalz. He was an only child. He died at the age of 66 on July 19th, 1676.General Notes
