Sforza Sforza 
Sforza was born in 1520. Sforza's father was Bosio Sforza and his mother was Costanza Farnese. His paternal grandfather was Federigo Sforza and his paternal grandmother is Bartolomea Orsini; his maternal grandparents were Paulo III Farnese and Silvia Ruffini. He had two sisters named Francesca and Faustina. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 55 on October 21st, 1575 in Castelaquarto.General Notes
