Costanza Sforza 
Costanza was born about 1553. Costanza's father was Sforza Sforza and her mother was Caterina De' Nobili. Her paternal grandparents were Bosio Sforza and Costanza Farnese; her maternal grandparents are Roberto De' Nobili and Lodovica Del Monti. She was an only child. She died on January 22nd, 1617.General Notes
