Francesca Sforza 
Francesca was born about 1515. Francesca's father was Bosio Sforza and her mother was Costanza Farnese. Her paternal grandfather was Federigo Sforza and her paternal grandmother is Bartolomea Orsini; her maternal grandparents were Paulo III Farnese and Silvia Ruffini. She had a brother and a sister, named Sforza and Faustina. She is the oldest of the three children.General Notes
