Karl Von was born on August 10th, 1727. Karl Von's father was Peter Von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck and his mother was Sophie Von Hessen-Philippsthal. His paternal grandparents were Friedrich Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck and Luise Charlotte Von Augustenburg; his maternal grandparents were Philipp Von Hessen-Philippsthal and Katharina Amalie Zu Solms-Laubach. He had a half-brother named Peter Von. He died at the age of 32 on September 12th, 1759.General Notes
